Art Since 1960 (According to the Internet) – Now With Links!
Paul Slocum creates hypertext links to all of Hanne and Cory’s urls provided in their lecture “Art since 1960 (According to the Internet.)” Very useful.

petite proxy left this comment on a different fresh link, though I assume it was meant for this one.
Out of context, it took me a while to figure out what the Richard Price or “Prince Richard” link was about. Further random clicks I was disappointed to see the user has removed the Sophie Calle video.
Later I went back and read the post re:performace/lecture at OCA earlier this month (which I missed 🙁 http://www.artfagcity.com/2007/03/14/art-since-1960-according-to-the-internet And wondered if anyone has created a “History of Art (on YouTube)” reference website yet?
p.s. shame on Cory & Hanne for not searching for such classics as Marina Abramvic and Yoko Ono…

I was at the original talk at the OCA Norway, downtown, and I considered piping up near the end, but choose to remain silent. Both Cory and Hanne didn’t mention a single female artist during their talk, choosing, instead, to focus on a loose group of male conceptual artists. Where was Martha Rosler or Judy Chicago? Where was Agnes Martin or Eva Hesse? Some of these names do appear in the final HTML text produced and linked here, but were absolutely missing from the talk. Cory, whose work is admirable and original, remained under a guise of Warhol-like naivety throughout the talk/performance?
