I stopped by the Bridge fair Saturday despite virtually everyone’s warning that it was a was a total waste of time.  Here’s a surprise: They were right.  It’s hard to know what draw an essentially uncurated fair has for collectors, a question I’m guessing a few potential exhibitors were asking as well given that an entire hall on the second floor was unfilled.  The image above is more or less representative of what you’ll find there.  Notably, this artist also has work at Scope, only larger.

Bridge Wynwood was ok. The Catalina exhibit was not very well organized but that is what happens when you convert a non exhibit space to an exhibit space. I think Bridge needs to learn from the Artist Project so they can do it right next time.
