50 Years at Pace: Abstract Expressionism and Pop Art

Pace’s 50-year retrospective looks like it’s going to be a major to-do. Spanning the galleries four locations, Pace promises to showcase some of the seminal art works that have passed through its doors, with loans from institutions and private collections all over the world. Each gallery will take on a different aspect of its history: mini-rehangings of important thematic and historical exhibitions at 32 East 57th street, Pop and Abstract art at 534 West 25th, minimalism and post-modernism at 545 West 22nd, and art from the contemporary world at 510 West 25th.
