The Hole’s press releases read as though written by a stoned college kid, so perhaps it’s fitting that they ended up at the now defunct home-base for lifestyle artists, Deitch Projects. Evidently when interning for The Whitney back in the day, staff at the Hole had their “mind completely blown” by Brinkman’s performance with the band Forcefield in 2002. Now they’re displaying black ink drawings of monsters and “blasting some rooms with colored light.” We’re convinced it will be radical.
