- After complaining about the amount of plastic surgery we saw at the Frieze Art Fair yesterday, we were told that in South Korea, there are whole streets lined with plastic surgery clinics. Apparently googling that is scary, but our results were a lot less so than seeing what people are doing to themselves in the US. [@leomyka]
- Los Angeles is experiencing something of a museum-building boom. The Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, a museum about movies, has just now hired the Smithsonian’s Interim Director Kerry Brougher to lead the museum. The museum opens in 2017.[Los Angeles Times]
