- Former billionaire and famed ponzie scheme artist Bernie Madoff will watch his art sold off at auction this fall. It seems he wasn’t a huge lover of the arts. The combine value of the 61 works of art to be sold off totals $575,000. The collection even includes the Roy Lichtenstein “Bull Profile Series”, a suite that constantly came up for auction back in the days when I used to work at galleries (2001-2005).
