As I mentioned yesterday, if you feel like hanging out in the Hamptons, you can visit Scope tonight and hangout with art world luminaries and shit, but this won’t be my recommendation. Admitedly, our pick Abha Dawesar is a bit of a wild card. The work on her site is not very developed, but given her exceptional writing abilities I’m willing to take my chances.
Best known for her novel Babyji, the story of a gifted student who embarks on three simultaneous lesbian affairs, Dawesar will read from her newly released novel, That Summer in Paris.
