by Art Fag City on May 11, 2009 Events

Karla Wozniak, Red Robin, Meadowlands, NJ, 2008, Watercolor, acrylic, graphite on paper, 15 x 22 inches. See lot hereEditor’s note: Woznaik is an AFC masthead artist and a participating artist in a show I curated last year for the General Electric World Headquarters– This Modern World.

I ate enough cookies at this Saturday’s BAM benefit auction preview to give me the energy of a five year old at Easter. Not a bad side effect when attempting to view over 150 works in the space of an hour.

The extremely well attended event hosts an impressive amount of great art. And some of it could be yours if you act quick! Bidding closes at 8pm tonight, so I’ve highlighted a few works below I find particularly desirable. With the exception of one piece two pieces, all listed art in this post is without an opening bid.
