Curiously, ARTINFO deems news that The Amon Carter Museum has named Ron LaPosa as its new assistant facilities manager more important than the selection of architect and curator Nikolaus Hirsch as rector of Frankfurt's Städelschule and its exhibition space, the Neue Portikus. Hirsch replaces 2009 Venice Biennial curator Daniel Birnbaum.
