The Met Gets Punked by a King

by Corinna Kirsch on March 8, 2011 Blurb

This weekend, Improv Everywhere hired an actor to sign autographs at The Met. Pretending to be King Philip IV from Diego Velázquez’s 17th century oil painting, the actor’s shenanigans went on until security “dismissed” the king.  Someone should do this for Balthus’ scantily clad Lolitas!
