Being out of town has a few draw backs, not the least of which includes the inability link to articles you’ve written when they are uploaded. If you haven’t checked out the latest issue of ArtKrush on feminism, I’d like to direct your attention to the short A.L. Steiner write up I’ve contributed in the one to watch section of their publication.
As part of my research it seemed only appropriate that I go to her opening at Taxter and Spengemann a week and a half ago, which those in attendance will no doubt agree, was full of the most beautiful people in Chelsea. Usually I find this a liability for an exhibition, but her work clearly stands up against the emptiness that generally accompanies the presence of art hipster glitterati. Look forward to more thoughts on this exhibition early next week.
