Painter Peter Halle’s Index Magazine celebrated its online relaunch this weekend UPDATE: I’m told the relaunch was just named that way because of the web series. The actual design is 3 years old. Hurray for them moving to the web, but site couldn’t be more poorly designed. Pop-up windows for interviews? Bad idea! Also the Delusional Downtown Divas promo video reloads and plays every time you load the page. That project’s great; it’s web promotion, not so much.
