Todd Eberle’s Desirable Miami Hangover

POST BY: PADDY JOHNSON

Vanity Fair’s photographer-at-large Todd Eberle knows who’s who in the art world. We generally take a “who cares” attitude to such star gazing of course, but the above photograph of MoMA/PS1 curator Klaus Biesenbach’s overlaid Basel text on Eberle’s iPhone Warhol wallpaper too perfectly sums up the events not to highlight the site’s slideshow. Vanity Fair promises a series of slideshows by the photographer, though it’s unclear how much more Basel we’ll be seeing on their blog this week.

What’s wrong with that? It’s a text message??? So what if it’s from KB?

Zero stars out of a possible ten stars. Let’s be clear, he’s a fashion photographer, and not a very interesting one at that. Unless he’s making a joke about Biesenbach’s silly hair-do, in which case he’s brilliant, and a very temporary mini-genius.
