Good God. Nicholas Carr got a book deal out of that paranoid article in the Atlantic about how Google is making us stupid. When will these psuedo-neuroscience stories end? I worry this book will look like Dennis Dutton’s The Art Instinct, which supports the inane idea that people prefer certain kinds of pastoral landscapes with evolutionary theory.
