  • The Cy Twombly Foundation is embroiled in lawsuits. There’s some real ugly stuff here: The foundation’s Director, Thomas H. Saliba, is accused of taking more than $300,000 in unauthorized fees with the assistance of the well known art world lawyer, Ralph E. Lerner. [NYTimes]
  • Ed Winkleman writes that historically significant video artists are being overlooked because of a resistant market. It’s not the first time we’ve heard this; Joe Amrhein of Pierogi told us at The Armory Fair last week that it seemed like collector resistance to the medium went up every year.
