C-monster thinks Leon Neyfakh missed an opportunity by omitting critical reactions to Saltz’s facebook page. She’s right, but at this point, I can’t think of a story more tedious than Jerry Saltz’ Facebook page. Long story short: there’s a bunch of professionals acting as though they aren’t aware the internet is a public forum and the art world’s hall monitor chiding them for it.

It’s funny that writers not on the Internet think of Facebook as “the Internet.” I’d appreciate the hall monitor more if he graduated from Internet Kindergarten–the “new AOL”–to the adult world where everyone can read you (and flame you, and link to you from dubious sources, etc etc).
