Saul Chernick’s exhibition, Borrowed From the Charnel House opens tonight at Max Protetch, which means you’ll have roughly a month and a half to visit a show you really shouldn’t miss. As a matter of disclosure I should mention that Chernick and I went to grad school together and are good friends, though I can’t imagine I wouldn’t be writing this event notice regardless. As someone who spends most of my time in front of a computer thinking about art, it’s not surprising that I’m interested in an Apple desktop rendered in Northern Renaissance style [pictured above]

I also happen to like this tombstone for an erect penis ejaculating into the clouds. Unfortunately I have Justin Bieber’s Baby on youtube reserved for my own headstone but otherwise I’d be lining this puppy up for future engraving.
