First you gotta know about this thing called Modernism. And Modernism is kind of like your father when you were growing up. You know what I’m saying? Everything your father said to you was true. Your dad was infallible, mainly because you were too young to see your father as another God forsaken limp-dick motherfucker speed out upon this planet and lead another empty life along with the rest of the lemmings on the subway….But post-structuralism came along and was like, Fuck your father. Fuck his narratives, fuck his authority and fuck his essential structures.

It’s so damn refreshing to see someone really explain this stuff without just running in fear from words with 4 syllables. Theory isn’t always about over explaining the obvious, sometimes it’s about getting free from the social constrictions of “common sense.”
