NORTH END GRILL
Experience: Behind-the-Scenes Tour and Dinner
Retail: $350
Starting bid: $100
Available onsite only
“I hate people who are not serious about meals,” Oscar Wilde once quipped. “It is so shallow of them.” The foodies at North End Grill would agree; they’re pretty serious about everything they serve. With the help of custom wood-burning grills and mesquite charcoal ovens, Chef Eric Korsch crafts a menu filled with smoky flavors and rustic French classics. You (and three friends!) can wash it all down with rare scotch–there’s over 150 varieties to choose from. As an added bonus, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes tour before dinner, which may or may not include cooking on the “hot line” alongside Chef Korsch. It’s like going on a studio visit and getting to eat the art afterwards.
